5.4 Any activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, shall be your sole responsibility. All Wagers placed through your Account will be treated as valid and binding.
5.5 jl879 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access. You acknowledge that failure to enable 2FA may increase the risk of Account compromise.

6.5 Deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for USDT TRC20 transactions, in which case the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction applies.
Currency Note: jl879's primary operating currency is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All Balances, Wagers, and winnings are expressed and settled in PHP unless otherwise specified in a specific Game's terms. Crypto deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
7.1 Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. KYC completion is a mandatory prerequisite for any withdrawal request.
7.2 All withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment account registered in the same legal name as your verified jl879 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.

7.6 It is the Player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of withdrawal details. jl879 accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect account number or mobile number provided by the Player.
8.1 jl879 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is communicated, in addition to these general Terms.
8.2 Bonuses credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by jl879's proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
